Delivery on the line, during normal ordering season is 2-3 weeks. Please plan accordingly

During the Gift Shows and tabletop show events, due to volume delivery may be between 5-8 weeks.

We will ship backorders as soon as merchandise is finished and in date of order in cue.

Minimum purchase on all opening orders is $300

Minimum purchase on all reorders is $100

All new customers must place orders pro forma. A check or credit card MUST accompany the order.

Claims and Returns

Claims for shortages, wrong items or manufacturers defects must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. 

Damages from shipping must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.

All returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee


An additional handling charge of $5.00 per box will be applied to freight charges.

A $15 surcharge will be applied to any order that requires shipment from a carrier other than UPS

Drop ship orders will be charged $8 per order.

Cancelling orders

Cancellation dates will be agreed upon prior to placing orders

All of our products are hand made to order; therefore, cancellations will not be accepted after two weeks from initial placement date unless previously agreed upon.

Cancellations after two weeks are subject to a 40% penalty
