Embellishments
All of our product line contain cut crystal accents. We use only the highest quality authentic Czech cut crystals. We classify the color of the accents by either gold or silver chain backing.
Please note: Since every one of our products comprises of cut crystal chain embellishments, no items can be placed in a microwave oven and should be cared for appropriately.
Nickelplate
Not dishwasher safe
Avoid extended contact with reactive foods such as undiluted lemon juice, salt, mayonnaise or egg
Hand wash with gentle detergent, dry immediately with lint free soft cloth
Avoid any detergent with lemon or other acidic agents
Do not use steel wool, scouring pads or toxic dips
Polished Aluminum
Not dishwasher safe
Hand wash with gentle detergent, dry immediately with soft lint free cloth
Do not leave aluminum in standing water
To prevent stains, remove all food, especially with an acidic base after use
Just prior to serving, wipe or spray with vegetable oil to act as a barrier against highly acidic or salty foods
Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring pads that can scratch and dull metal surfaces
As with all metals, never place in microwave oven
Silverplate
Not dishwasher safe
Hand wash with gentle detergent, dry immediately with soft lint free cloth
Avoid any detergent with lemon or other acidic agents
Do not use steel wool, scouring pads or toxic dips
To avoid tarnishing dry silver plate before storing in silver chest or felt bag
As with all metals, never place in microwave oven
Polish using appropriate silver plate cleaner.

We recommend
Glass and Crystal
Not dishwasher safe
Hand wash with gentle detergent, dry immediately with soft lint free cloth. let crystals air dry
To reduce hard water spots, add a dash of vinegar to the water when hand washing
To avoid chips and cracks, place upright and avoid contact with other glasses when storing
If glass is removable, glass is dishwasher safe
Flatware
Not dishwasher safe
Wash thoroughly prior to use
Promptly rinse your flatware after use
Lay flat to dry
Avoid contact with other metal objects
Pewter
Not dishwasher safe
Hand wash with gentle detergent, dry immediately with soft lint free cloth
Avoid any detergent with lemon or other acidic agents
Do not use steel wool, scouring pads or toxic dips
To avoid tarnishing dry pewter before storing in silver chest or felt bag
As with all metals, never place in microwave oven
Polish using appropriate pewter cleaner.
